Rev. Laurie Anderson
Rev. Laurie Anderson is our Minister of Church Life at Rolling Hills Church. She holds a Masters of Divinity from Saint Paul School of Theology and her Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Mass Communications from Kansas State.
She was most recently the Minister at First Christian Church in Girard, Kansas. She has also been an Associate Pastor in Raymore, Missouri and was an Interfaith Associate at Presbyterian Mission Agency in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to her role at Rolling Hills, she currently serves as the Executive Director/Founder of Immigrant Justice Advocacy Movement.
Laurie's personal journey and passion for impacting missional justice issues started 24 years ago on her first mission trip to the Yucatan Peninsula where relationships with the people of the Yucatan pulled at her heart and mind. Since that time she has led 17 adult mission groups to challenge others to step out of their comfort zone and seek God. The motivation for her work is not only the beloved community, but because of her own children Ben, 22 and Bonnie, 19. To contact Laurie, email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
